Thank you so much for agreeing to share your talent at the Springfield Greeters (Chamber of Commerce) Business Expo. We are all so pleased you've chosen to participate and are looking forward to seeing you on the 3rd!

Please:
1. check the following schedule and make sure that the time you've been assigned will work for you. Some people had very specific needs as far as their time slot is concerned, but if you have a problem with your time, please let me know, and I'll do my best to switch things around.

2. let me know if you have any questions about your complimentary tables. I have ordered an electrical hookup for you, but please let me know if you decide that you don't need it. Remember this is your chance to market your group to a very large group of people walking through the event! I'll be sending out another e-mail with ideas and information about your tables.

Caught in the Act will be set up in the food court and will supply music in its time slots plus between acts performing on the Center Stage.

Center Court will have a second sound system generously supplied by Caught in the Act. This will be a CD player, speakers and standing mikes. If you need to play tapes, please bring your own tape player.
